Liverpool sign Dutch hitman Kuyt
Rafael Benitez is delighted to have completed the signing of Dutch hitman Dirk Kuyt from Feyenoord ahead of Liverpool's Premiership opener at Sheffield United.

It is believed that the 26-year-old striker, who will wear the number 18 shirt at Anfield, has cost the Merseysiders somewhere in the region of £10 million.
Benitez, who signed Wales striker Craig Bellamy for £6 million from Blackburn in June, has been chasing top-class replacements for Fernando Morientes and Djibril Cisse.
And he is delighted to have signed Kuyt, who scored 71 goals in 101 league matches for Feyenoord, telling Liverpool's official website:
"I am really happy. We were looking at Dirk for a long time and I'm pleased we have signed him because he will be a good player for us.
"He's a player with good game intelligence. He knows what to do with the ball and without the ball and he's also a very good worker.
"His movement is good, his finishing is fantastic and I know he will score a lot of goals for us because we now have more possibilities in the wide areas and also between the lines."
Kuyt added that he was delighted to have completed his dream move to the five-times European champions:
"For me, Liverpool is sure to be the dream club I was looking for.
"There was more interest from abroad, but for me there was nothing of the calibre of Liverpool, a brilliant club with an enormous reputation, fantastic support and a fabulous history. It is an honour to play for a club like that."
