Legends from Liverpool Football Club are all set to swing into action again - and raise thousands of pounds for their chosen charities.
The ex-Anfield stars are hosting their past masters charity golf day and dinner in Formby on Monday 11th September 2006, and you could join them.
The Former Players Association is now calling for teams of three to sign up for this prestigious and exclusive event organised by the Liverpool Echo that promises to be a big day. Each team will be allocated a former Reds star to play with them in a four ball Stableford competition on Fromby's championship course - before enjoying dinner and entertainment in the evening where the winning teams and individuals will be presented with their trophies.

Last year former players included: Bruce Goblear, John Aldridge, Chairman of the Association Phil Neal and Ian Callaghan to name only a few. In 2005 over £6000 was raised for charity through the raffles and auctions, with 'money can't buy' LFC memorabilia.
For further information, or to book your team for the golf day and gala dinner call 0151 472 2448 or email louise.watts@liverpool.com Teams cost only £510 to enter, there will be free golf tips available to all players, a souvenir gift pack including a commemorative T-shirt, and of course the chance to play golf with some Anfield greats.
